Vectis PPM Privacy Policy

1. Commitment to Data Governance

Vectis Intelligence Inc. (“Vectis,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Vectis Autonomous Portfolio Intelligence Mesh at https://vectisppm.com. We recognize that portfolio, schedule, and capital allocation telemetry constitutes mission-critical business data. Your data belongs exclusively to your organization.

2. Zero LLM Training Guarantee

We adhere to strict zero-data-retention and zero-model-training standards:

• Your proprietary project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and executive memos are never used to train public or proprietary AI models.
• Autonomous AI agent reasoning is performed within ephemeral, isolated sandbox runtime instances with zero persistence outside your database tenant.
• All Earned Value (EVM) mathematics and capital formulas are executed deterministically on PostgreSQL, not through probabilistic language models.

3. Data Encryption & Storage

All customer telemetry is protected using military-grade cryptographic standards:

• In Transit: TLS 1.3 encryption across all client-to-server and inter-agent WebSocket channels.
• At Rest: 256-bit AES encryption with dedicated PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) tenant isolation.
• Backups: Continuous point-in-time recovery with immutable, encrypted disaster redundancy.

4. Payment Processing (PCI-DSS Compliance)

Payment transactions, credit card data, and subscription billing are processed directly by our payments infrastructure partner, Stripe, Inc. Vectis does not store, process, or transmit raw credit card numbers on its servers. Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1.

5. Data Deletion & Export

You retain complete sovereignty over your portfolio data. You may export your entire program register in standard JSON or CSV format at any time. Upon account termination, all active tenant data is permanently purged from production clusters within 30 days.
