1. Master Agreement Acceptance
By accessing or using the Vectis PPM service at https://vectisppm.com, including all workspaces, API integrations, autonomous agent modules, and executive briefing portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Subscription Licensing & Unlimited Stakeholders
Vectis provides tiered subscription access based on active creator/contributor seats:
- Starter Pilot ($0): Designed for evaluation and single-track delivery.
- Pro Team ($19/seat/mo or $15/mo annual): Full EVM calculation engine, 5 autonomous AI agents, and 16:9 SteerCo presentation sharing.
- Enterprise Mesh ($49/seat/mo or $39/mo annual): Custom autonomy guardrails, unlimited what-if sandboxes, SAML/SSO, and dedicated SLA.
- Executive Stakeholders (100% Free): Read-only executive viewers, steering committee members, and board reviewers may view briefings and presentation decks at zero license cost.
3. Autonomous Agent Guardrails & Human-in-the-Loop
Vectis multi-agent swarms (including Aegis, Kinetics, Quantex, Vanguard, and Vectis Synthesizer) operate under configurable policy constraints. The customer maintains full discretion to enforce “Assisted (Approval Required)” mode. Vectis is not liable for schedule adjustments or capital actions committed without appropriate organizational review.
4. Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the self-service Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your workspace remains active until the end of your prepaid billing period.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Vectis targets a 99.9% uptime availability for all cloud instances, and a 99.99% availability SLA for Enterprise Mesh accounts with dedicated private VPC deployment options.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
